Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors
• Respond in a timely manner to tenant needs to ensure all lease obligations are met
• Support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports, budgets, and other assigned documentation
• Lead administrative tasks including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance, and vendor compliance

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor degree in business, accounting, real estate, or a similar field
• 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in commercial real estate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Illustrator
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI
• Successful completion of an RPA certificate
• Ability to learn new software quickly

• Experience working with contract and leasing agreements
