About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project team members and operations
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assemble and verify project files (PC/DCE/Market/Notary files)
- Format and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Track purchase orders and prepare engagement committee files
- Support environmental declarations on the Cerqual site
- Assist in managing reserve lifting during project delivery
- Enter market data and amendments into the Primpromo tool
- Coordinate with accounting regarding payment flows and technical stakeholders
- Manage client relations by scheduling visits and processing client requests
Requirements
- Bac +2 level education (Business Management or Real Estate professions)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with industry tools like Primpromo, smart portail, or Cerqual is a plus
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing environments
