Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and execution of assigned projects
• Liaise with owners, clients, landlords, developers, consultants, and contractors
• Assist in the design management process from concept through construction documentation
• Prepare cost estimations and manage tendering and contract administration
• Support procurement activities and manage contracts on behalf of clients
• Supervise on-site construction works and coordinate trades
• Prepare and maintain project schedules
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks
• Ensure proper project close-out and handover to clients
• Monitor project financials, including invoices and payment collection

Requirements

• University degree in Real Estate, Project Management, or related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate projects for Assistant Project Manager level
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, or SketchUp is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal training in project management, quantity surveying, or interior design
• Experience delivering international quality projects in distant markets
• Proven experience in development planning and execution
