About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of tasks to high quality standards for data center construction projects
- Establish project success criteria including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters
- Manage project governance, planning, processes, and systems
- Monitor and control projects using performance management and change control processes
- Advise upon project finances and process purchase orders
- Prepare project status reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials
- Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications
- Read and interpret project documents including agreements, budgets, schedules, and drawings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and projects simultaneously
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Strong ability to develop reports and project follow-ups
