About the role
Responsibilities
- Support project management including planning, organization, and monitoring activities
- Assist in cost and budget control, including proposal reviews and payment requests
- Monitor project schedules and critical milestones
- Interface with clients and stakeholders through meetings and progress reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants
- Manage project documentation and support the closing process
- Monitor risks and occurrences to prevent contractual impacts
- Support team management by tracking resources and priorities
- Prepare status reports and progress presentations
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in a similar project management position
- Mandatory experience in construction
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
