About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in establishing success criteria including time, cost, and technical parameters
  • Support planning for quality, safety, health, and environment management
  • Assist in establishing project governance, processes, and systems
  • Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators
  • Track and document project changes
  • Prepare written project communication materials

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience
  • Understanding of the project life cycle
  • Knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
  • Experience in design, management, or construction within residential, office, fit-out, or health/education sectors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Right to work in Ireland

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualification in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture
  • Construction consultancy experience
