About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in establishing success criteria including time, cost, and technical parameters
- Support planning for quality, safety, health, and environment management
- Assist in establishing project governance, processes, and systems
- Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators
- Track and document project changes
- Prepare written project communication materials
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years project management experience
- Understanding of the project life cycle
- Knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
- Experience in design, management, or construction within residential, office, fit-out, or health/education sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Right to work in Ireland
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture
- Construction consultancy experience
