About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the project lead in all aspects of project management delivery for Civil/ MEP
- Handle all project-related reporting and documentation
- Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes
- Monitor day to day execution and site activities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for client review
- Review deliverables from design consultants, vendors, and contractors
Requirements
- Diploma, B.E, or B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering
- 5-7+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar role
- Proven experience working for a construction consultancy in India
- Strong technical skills in Civil or MEP disciplines
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant field
