Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams
• Manage project documentation including contracts, drawings, and specifications
• Support monitoring and control of project budgets and expenses
• Implement and maintain quality assurance and safety programs on-site
• Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Prepare regular project status reports and maintain meticulous records using project management software
• Identify and address project issues promptly in collaboration with the Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project) and Office 365
• Practical knowledge of RFIs, RFPs, change orders, and project closeout
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by the company
• Ability to complete OSHA 30 certification requirements
• Must be willing to be stationed on-site in Lebanon, Indiana for the 24-month project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• SWPPP Certification
• Experience with BIM 360 and Sage PC
