About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Hudson Tunnel Project by assisting with project controls, compliance, and coordination.
- Assist with contract administration, procurement coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support environmental monitoring, compliance programs, and NEPA evaluations.
- Implement project controls, including schedule management, cost estimating, and budget management.
- Monitor package status through daily, monthly, and quarterly reports on safety, quality, and progress.
- Assist with site supervision, field management, and quality assurance audits.
- Support design reviews, constructability analysis, and the implementation of BIM technologies.
- Assist with contract close-out, including punch-list resolution and as-built reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project or construction management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost estimating.
- Proficiency with project management software and BIM technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting and engagement.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on tunnel, rail, or major transportation infrastructure projects.
- Experience with federally funded projects and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with environmental compliance, safety management, and quality assurance processes.
