Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and control project communications to ensure effective information flow across all stakeholders
• Coordinate and control project deliverables to ensure timely completion and high quality standards
• Oversee project quality management to meet and exceed client expectations
• Prepare regular project reports to keep all stakeholders informed of progress
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure their needs are addressed
• Provide guidance and support to the project team to foster a collaborative environment

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Technology (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical background)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in standard PC software packages
• Experience with infrastructure-related projects is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience for fresh graduates
• Prior experience in project management or coordination roles
