About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing project activities for packing line transformation and net productivity initiatives.
  • Lead and deliver continuous improvement and VA-VE initiatives for sachet, pouch, bottle, and tube packing lines.
  • Manage end-to-end project administration, including User Specification Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test, and Commissioning.
  • Develop and drive packing line strategies to support low-cost manufacturing and operational efficiency.
  • Improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) by reducing downtime, eliminating minor stops, and minimizing waste.
  • Evaluate Risk Assessments for all project and maintenance activities conducted by contractors or third parties.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Safety, Planning, Maintenance, and R&D to align project execution with production requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Working knowledge of project management and engineering principles.
  • Experience handling complicated and high-risk tasks.
  • Strong leadership skills with a field-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Fluent in business English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage relationships across different functions and cultures.
