Assistant Project Manager MEP Fit-out

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Analyse project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as necessary
• Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and provide regular status updates

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
• Experience with MSP platforms
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Proven success working with all levels of management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
