About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the internal Project team throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage the change order process and estimate total costs associated with project changes
- Handle submittal review, entry, and tracking of RFIs
- Maintain Change Order and Submittal logs
- Order site equipment and materials
- Coordinate trades and assist the Superintendent with jobsite activities
- Collect and submit subcontractor closeout documents
- Prepare detailed take-offs for all trades to estimate labor, materials, and equipment
- Negotiate subcontractor pricing and issue purchase orders
- Track project budgets and notify managers of potential financial issues
- Perform financial close-out for assigned projects
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction management
- Familiarity with construction sites
- Proficiency with Procore, Raken, or Sage 300
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Timberline
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 certification
