Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee project planning and execution using Oracle P6
• Ensure project milestones and goals are achieved within timelines and budgets
• Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Oversee creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
• Employ Microsoft Power BI for advanced reporting and data analysis
• Manage project budgets using Excel and Viewpoint Vista ERP
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations
• Use AutoCAD or MicroStation for design verification and quality assurance
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in heavy-highway or heavy-civil construction projects
• Proficiency in Oracle P6, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and AutoCAD or MicroStation
• Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills
• Ability to work in diverse field conditions and navigate construction sites
