About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high level coordination support partnering with construction project management and field staff
- Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes
- Assist with supervision and directing project activities, planning, and problem resolution
- Maintain change order, submittal, and document control logs within Viewpoint
- Coordinate with subcontractors for correct documentation and manuals
- Create Job Information Sheets and establish job files
- Assume temporary project supervision in the absence of the PM
- Assist with workflow breakdowns, project billings, and budget setup
- Ensure accurate payroll information submission
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical construction or similar industry
- Basic understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and blueprints
- Knowledge of electrical installations, codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong math, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical license
- Estimating and project management skills
