Assistant Project Manager Dance & Electro

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate releases including artist research, territory analysis, and playlisting
• Coordinate track delivery with the Supply Chain team
• Develop digital strategies and creative social media content for artist releases
• Monitor trends and social media tools within the dance/electro music scene
• Analyze digital campaign KPIs and propose strategic adjustments
• Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns
• Manage administrative tasks including purchase orders, budgets, and promotional travel logistics
• Translate artist bios and pitches into English
• Perform regular reporting on streams, playlisting, and marketing plans

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Mastery of social media platforms and engagement mechanics
• Strong knowledge of Dance music aesthetics
• Organized, methodical, and curious with strong synthesis skills
• Ideally, previous experience in the music industry
