About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and update all project-related documentation
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Prepare detailed project reports and status updates for stakeholders
- Maintain project budgets and track expenses to prevent cost overruns
- Monitor project progress and identify emerging issues or roadblocks
- Perform risk and opportunity analysis in collaboration with technical managers
- Recommend process improvements to increase productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, controls, or management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, or Procore
- PMP Certification
