About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage compliance documentation including Capital Improvement Certificates and tax-exempt documents
- Track subcontractor Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and monitor expiration dates
- Maintain permit logs and organize subcontractor permits
- Assist with bid leveling, subcontractor scope sheets, and project budgets
- Provide light estimating support and assist with material takeoffs
- Manage RFIs and Change Orders within Procore
- Review invoices and preliminary payment applications for accuracy
- Coordinate procurement of project supplies and construction document distribution
- Track punch list completion and assemble project closeout documentation
- Maintain organized project files and naming conventions in OneDrive
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or administration
- Experience supporting a General Contractor or commercial construction company preferred
- Proficiency with Procore is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and project workflows
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
