Assistant Programme Manager

Responsibilities

• Run sKids programmes day-to-day from set-up to smooth operations
• Supervise and participate in activities like arts, crafts, sports, and music
• Lead safe and engaging sessions for children
• Maintain positive communication with parents and school communities
• Guide and support the programme team
• Coordinate Programme Assistants and prepare resources

Requirements

• Right to work in New Zealand
• Reliable transportation to the Drury site
• Experience in leadership or working with children (coaching, teaching, or mentoring)
• Experience in before & after school programmes is a plus
• Must be over 20 years of age
