About the role

Responsibilities

  • Run sKids programmes day-to-day including set-up and smooth operations
  • Supervise and participate in activities such as arts, crafts, sports, and music
  • Lead safe and engaging sessions for children
  • Maintain positive communication with parents and school communities
  • Guide and support the team of Programme Assistants
  • Prepare activities and resources prior to session starts

Requirements

  • Right to work in New Zealand (valid visa or citizenship)
  • Reliable transportation to the Peninsula site
  • Experience in leadership or working with children (coaching, teaching, or mentoring)
  • Experience leading or organising before & after school programmes is a plus
  • Must be over 20 years of age
  • Availability from 2:30pm is essential
