Assistant Programme Manager

Responsibilities

• Run sKids programmes day-to-day from set-up to smooth operations
• Supervise and participate in activities like arts, crafts, sports, and offsite adventures
• Lead safe, fun, and engaging sessions for children
• Act as the primary contact for parents and school communities
• Guide, support, and inspire the Programme Assistant team
• Coordinate resources and prepare activities for smooth starts

Requirements

• Right to work in New Zealand (valid visa or citizenship)
• Reliable transportation to Drury, Ramarama, and Pukekohe sites
• Experience in leadership or working with children (coaching, teaching, or mentoring)
• Proven experience leading before/after school programmes is a plus
• Must be over 20 years of age
• Availability for morning (7am-8:30am) and/or afternoon (2:30pm-6:00pm) shifts
