Assistant Program Manager, Engineering

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between engineering teams, operational stakeholders, and fleet representatives
• Integrate operational requirements and fleet priorities into technical discussions and planning efforts
• Advise program leadership on the operational impacts of system issues, failures, and proposed changes
• Coordinate with engineering teams to address fleet-driven requirements and concerns
• Support assessments of system performance, reliability, and operational effectiveness
• Facilitate communication between technical and operational communities to support informed decision-making

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required
• Active/Current Secret security clearance, with eligibility to obtain Top Secret
• Master’s degree in Engineering or an Engineering/STEM discipline and 8+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an Engineering/STEM discipline and 12+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with operational or fleet organizations
• Background supporting safety-critical or mission-essential systems
• Experience bridging technical and operational communities
