Assistant Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in the hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision of program staff
• Participate in the daily oversight and monitoring of the residential program
• Empower consumers to exercise control over their lives, including daily routines and leisure activities
• Assist consumers in community integration by supporting the use of community resources
• Provide a safe living environment and implement crisis intervention as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a psychology-related field
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
