About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational management and supervision of the Diversion and EMS program
- Develop and implement program operations, policies, and procedures
- Plan, coordinate, and implement support services for the assigned program
- Manage the deployment of support staff in accordance with the program budget
- Provide leadership to ensure program integrity, client safety, and employee support
- Collaborate with community partners to divert patients away from local hospitals and first responders
- Ensure program compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
Requirements
- EMT Evaluator License (or ability to obtain within the next EMT license re-certification)
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in a supervisory role
- At least 2 years of experience working in the diversion or social services field
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and clear criminal/DSHS background checks
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in social services or a closely related field
- EMT license in good standing for a minimum of two years
- 2 years of progressive experience in a supervisory role
- Experience working in a 24-hour residential treatment program
