About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operational management and supervision of the Diversion and EMS program
  • Develop and implement program operations, policies, and procedures
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement support services for the assigned program
  • Manage the deployment of support staff in accordance with the program budget
  • Provide leadership to ensure program integrity, client safety, and employee support
  • Collaborate with community partners to divert patients away from local hospitals and first responders
  • Ensure program compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards

Requirements

  • EMT Evaluator License (or ability to obtain within the next EMT license re-certification)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
  • Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in a supervisory role
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the diversion or social services field
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and clear criminal/DSHS background checks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in social services or a closely related field
  • EMT license in good standing for a minimum of two years
  • 2 years of progressive experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience working in a 24-hour residential treatment program
