About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the residential treatment program
- Manage administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, and petty cash
- Provide staff supervision and leadership as a member of the management team
- Conduct group and individual counseling sessions
- Perform crisis intervention as needed
- Participate in on-call duties, including some nights and weekends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
- Proven supervisory experience or equivalent training
- Strong crisis intervention skills
- Proficiency in administrative task management
- Availability for on-call responsibilities and occasional travel
