Assistant Program Director

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the transitional housing program
• Perform administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, and petty cash management
• Provide staff supervision and leadership as a member of the management team
• Conduct group and individual counseling sessions
• Perform crisis intervention as needed
• Participate in on-call rotations, including some nights and weekends

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or a minimum of 60 college credit hours
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience and/or training
• Experience working with related populations or service areas
• Availability for on-call duties, including nights and weekends
• Ability to travel for day trips, conferences, training, and meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
