Assistant Program Director

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in overall program operations for the adolescent residential treatment program
• Provide direct staff supervision and leadership
• Manage administrative paperwork and documentation
• Assist in maintaining a structured community of care for residents aged 10–20

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Human Resources, or a related field
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong team leadership skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work well within a group
• Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
