About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of participants in a residential treatment and day program
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling to adults living with mental illness
- Facilitate participant improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, and community living skills
- Oversee medication monitoring and administration
- Facilitate groups and provide transportation for medical appointments
- Empower participants to transition toward independent living and community integration
Requirements
- Associate's degree required
- Two years of related experience and/or training
- Ability to travel for day trips, conferences, training, and meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
- Background in Human Services or working with similar client populations
