Assistant Program Director

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of participants in a residential treatment and day program
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling to adults living with mental illness
• Facilitate participant improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, and community living skills
• Oversee medication monitoring and administration
• Facilitate groups and provide transportation for medical appointments
• Empower participants to transition toward independent living and community integration

Requirements

• Associate's degree required
• Two years of related experience and/or training
• Ability to travel for day trips, conferences, training, and meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
• Background in Human Services or working with similar client populations
