Assistant Program Director

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the five-bed Community Residential Treatment Program
• Manage administrative tasks including payroll, staff scheduling, and training
• Provide staff supervision and leadership as a member of the management team
• Conduct group and individual counseling sessions
• Perform crisis intervention as needed
• Participate in on-call rotations, including some nights and weekends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
• Proven supervisory experience or equivalent training
• Strong crisis intervention skills
• Availability for on-call duties, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience or a combination of education and experience
• Experience working with individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
