Assistant Professor of Health Administration and Community Health

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in health administration and community health, with a primary emphasis on health administration
• Maintain an active program of research and scholarly activity in health administration, health care systems, or relevant health-related fields
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to support student success and professional development
• Contribute meaningful service to the University, the profession, and the broader community

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in a health-related field (ABD candidates will be considered at the rank of Instructor if the degree is completed by the end of the first year of employment)
• Demonstrated interest, experience, or scholarship in health administration
• Evidence of effective team-oriented collaboration skills
• Ongoing commitment to teaching, scholarship, and service
