Assistant Professor of Family Medicine/Sports Medicine/OMM

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for teaching, clinical duties, and scientific scholarship
• Teach skills and approaches of Osteopathic Manipulation in accordance with University and Department missions
• Deliver clinical service and provide student teaching in clinical settings
• Follow LMU-DCOM approved curriculum

Requirements

• D.O./M.D. degree
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine, or OMM
• Ability to be licensed in Florida within the first year of hire by the Florida Board of Osteopathic Examination or Florida Medical State Board

Preferred Qualifications

• D.O. degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical/academic medicine teaching and leadership
