Assistant Professor of Business Innovation & Management

Responsibilities

• Deliver a standard full-time teaching load of 24 credits per academic year, including business foundations, digital fluency, and AI applications.
• Facilitate project-based learning through the IGNITE course sequence and senior capstone projects.
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate students to support their professional identity and academic transitions.
• Engage in ongoing scholarly or professional activity, including applied or pedagogical research.
• Contribute to departmental and university service, including curriculum development and accreditation activities.
• Connect students to experiential learning opportunities, internships, and institutional resources.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in business, technology, analytics, or an innovation-related field.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and student engagement.
• Experience integrating or applying digital or AI tools within business education or organizational practice.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD or DBA degree.
• Experience teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level.
• Professional or industry experience in business, management, or related fields.
• Experience with experiential, project-based, or design-focused teaching methodologies.
