About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach financial accounting or accounting technology at both undergraduate and graduate (MSA) levels
- Conduct high-quality research in the field of accounting
- Engage in departmental and university service activities
- Maintain a teaching load of 12 semester hours during the first year and 15 semester hours thereafter
Requirements
- Earned doctorate or a terminal degree in accounting or a related field
- Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence
- Demonstrated potential for conducting high-quality research
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates who are ABD (All But Dissertation) may be considered
- Expertise in either archival or experimental research methods
- Relevant professional work experience or professional certifications
