Responsibilities
- Facilitate student learning through effective teaching and evaluation of learning in assigned courses
- Collaborate with faculty on curriculum review, development, and implementation
- Assist in scheduling courses and developing clinical affiliations and student learning experiences
- Serve as an academic advisor, mentor, and advocate for students within the nursing program
- Maintain research and/or scholarship productivity
- Model the University Mission through dedicated job performance and respectful collaboration
- Provide service to both internal and external communities
Requirements
- MSN degree in nursing
- Minimum of two years of full-time clinical nursing experience
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois, or eligibility with an application in process
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctoral Degree
- Certification as an AGACNP or a PMHNP
- Experience in Healthcare Systems Leadership
