About the role

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate business courses with a focus on Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Sales.
  • Develop comprehensive syllabi, innovative classroom activities, and robust assessment tools.
  • Incorporate real-world business scenarios and contemporary management trends into the curriculum.
  • Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies to enhance learning.
  • Maintain an active agenda of scholarly activities, including research and conference presentations.
  • Participate in departmental and university-level committees and faculty governance.
  • Support student organizations, case competitions, and experiential learning opportunities.

Requirements

  • PhD or DBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field (ABD candidates near completion may be considered).
  • Exceptional professional experience may be considered for candidates with a master's degree and executive-level experience.
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching and student engagement.
  • Professional or industry experience in marketing, sales, or related fields.
  • Experience with experiential, project-based, or design-focused teaching methods.
  • Ability to use Learning Management Systems (LMS) and deliver instruction in face-to-face, hybrid, or online modalities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An established research agenda or record of scholarly contributions, such as peer-reviewed publications.
  • Experience with online and hybrid instructional delivery methods.
