Assistant Professor in Business

Responsibilities

• Teach a standard faculty load of undergraduate and graduate business courses, focusing on Management, Leadership, or Entrepreneurship.
• Develop comprehensive syllabi, innovative classroom activities, and assessment tools that align with programmatic goals.
• Incorporate real-world business scenarios and contemporary trends into the curriculum through experiential and project-based learning.
• Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
• Maintain an active agenda of scholarly activities, including research and presentations at academic conferences.
• Participate in departmental and university-level committees, curriculum review, and accreditation processes.
• Support student engagement through organizations, case competitions, and internship connections.

Requirements

• PhD or DBA in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional professional or executive experience may be considered for candidates with a Master's degree.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and student engagement.
• Professional or industry experience in business, management, or related fields.
• Experience with, or willingness to use, online and hybrid instructional delivery methods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record with experiential, project-based, or design-focused teaching.
• Established research agenda with peer-reviewed journal publications or conference presentations.
