Assistant Professor-Educator, Psychology

Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of undergraduate psychology courses, including research methods, statistics, and areas of subject matter expertise
• Deliver instruction across multiple formats, including in-person, online, and hybrid settings
• Manage various class sizes, ranging from large lecture courses to small discussion-based skills courses
• Supervise undergraduate student teaching assistants within teaching practica
• Participate in departmental service, such as curriculum development and administrative committees

Requirements

• PhD in Psychology or a closely related field
• At least one academic term of experience as the primary instructor of record for psychology-related coursework at the postsecondary level
