Assistant Producer

Responsibilities

• Support production in maintaining team goals and overseeing the team timeline across the project
• Help manage team leads with day-to-day tasks and track weekly and monthly goals
• Facilitate effective communication using project management tools
• Adapt to changing circumstances within the development environment

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in game production or (product) management
• Knowledge of effective production and project management communication tools
• Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to communicate with candor
• High standards of respect and a strong orientation toward teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of production experience in the game development industry
• Experience reporting to and working with external partners
• Native Dutch speaker
