Assistant Produce Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment based on seasonality and customer needs
• Lead and manage the merchandising team to maintain an attractive and innovative department display
• Guarantee product quality by overseeing proper storage, conservation, and hygiene standards
• Act as a commercial expert to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience

Requirements

• Bac+2/Bac+3 degree in commerce or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Department Manager
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset
• Ability to build trust and provide value-added advice to customers
