Assistant Plant Controller

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant-level financial operations, including cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Partner with Plant and Operations leadership to provide financial insights for decision-making and cost efficiency
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate policies
• Monitor, analyze, and report on plant performance metrics such as cost variances and inventory accuracy
• Develop and lead a small onsite finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing or plant controller role
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage a finance team
• Advanced Excel skills
