Assistant Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Support demand and supply planning processes to ensure optimal product availability
• Manage procurement activities and drive inventory optimization strategies
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms and maintain supply continuity
• Utilize ERP systems and data tools to monitor and improve supply chain performance
• Manage key stakeholders and provide leadership within the planning function

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline
• 10-12 years of experience in demand/supply planning or procurement
• Proven experience within the chemical distribution industry or a similar sector
• Expertise in supplier negotiation and inventory optimization
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP
• Experience using Power BI tools for data analysis and planning
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
