About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual updates for sales, receipts, replenishment, and inventory analysis
- Assist in the creation of Purchase Orders
- Communicate inventory level issues to management, customer service, and sales teams
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse and business units for orders and transfers
- Perform item creation and SKU maintenance in D365
- Monitor production and delivery status between HQ, suppliers, and third-party warehouses
Requirements
- 1–3 years of commercial experience in planning, allocation, merchandising, or supply chain
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively
