About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist Coaches and Coordinators in developing player development plans
- Assist in day-to-day training of healthy pitchers and execution of throwing rehabilitation programs
- Collaborate with Pitching Leadership to design and execute individualized player plans
- Utilize organizational coaching and analytical tools to inform decision making
- Manage roving responsibilities across the DR Complex and Full Season Affiliates
- Conduct off-season development camps and remote training
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English speaking skills
- Experience using technologies such as Trackman, Rapsodo, and Edgertronic Cameras
- Experience or appreciation for functional movement and biomechanical development
- Exceptional organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and a growth mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Former Collegiate or Professional playing experience
- Experience as a Pitching Coach
- Willingness to relocate to Sarasota, FL
