Assistant Performance Achats

Responsibilities

• Support the continuous improvement of procurement tools and processes within the Purchasing Department.
• Collaborate on the SAP ERP and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including data cleaning and system testing.
• Produce reports and track P2P KPIs using Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
• Assist in the deployment of new digital applications and provide user support for tools like Jaggaer Advantage, DocuSign, and Amazon Business.
• Create operating procedures and training materials for procurement software.
• Support sustainable procurement initiatives and the supplier pre-qualification process in SAP.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Procurement Management or an equivalent field.
• Validated Master 1 degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data analysis skills and an interest in digital tools.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Ability to commit to a 12-month apprenticeship (alternance).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SAP Cloud, or Data ERP.
• Sensitivity to sustainable procurement practices.
