Assistant Outlet Manager - Pool Bar

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Pool Bar to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and schedule staff to maintain high service standards and team performance
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and HACCP regulations
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times
• Monitor inventory, control stock usage, and manage costs efficiently
• Respond promptly to guest feedback to ensure a luxury service experience
• Collaborate with kitchen, events, and sales teams to coordinate service and promotions
• Drive upselling and support marketing initiatives to enhance revenue

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in a 5-star hotel or upscale poolside venue
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Solid knowledge of HACCP standards and food & beverage operations
• Proven experience in cost control, inventory management, and team scheduling
• Ability to work outdoors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
