Assistant Outlet Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in developing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high service standards.
• Supervise the planning and execution of special events and promotions to drive sales.
• Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.
• Manage customer complaints effectively and proactively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and coordination.
• Support the training and performance evaluation of Food & Beverage staff.
• Monitor market trends to assist in adjusting menus and offerings.
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and products necessary for outlet operations.

Requirements

• Bac+3 degree or higher in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in luxury dining or high-end hospitality environments.
• Strong proficiency in restaurant operations and team leadership.
• Deep knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a third language is considered a significant advantage.
