About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update sales tools and build product catalogs in collaboration with merchandising, sales, marketing, and customer service teams
  • Provide user support and act as a liaison with the IT department when necessary
  • Participate in the deployment and configuration of new tools and features
  • Write process documentation and user guides
  • Manage user access and update data and rules within sales tools and the CRM
  • Support the deployment of new functionalities and train users

Requirements

  • Bac +2/+3 degree in IT, Information Systems, or Database Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service (approximately 2 years) is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sales platforms and CRM systems
