About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update sales tools and build product catalogs in collaboration with merchandising, sales, marketing, and customer service teams
- Provide user support and act as a liaison with the IT department when necessary
- Participate in the deployment and configuration of new tools and features
- Write process documentation and user guides
- Manage user access and update data and rules within sales tools and the CRM
- Support the deployment of new functionalities and train users
Requirements
- Bac +2/+3 degree in IT, Information Systems, or Database Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service (approximately 2 years) is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of sales platforms and CRM systems
