About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic mix of full-time employees and temporary talent during the afternoon/evening shift
- Manage fluctuating order volumes and labor allocation across a mixed workforce
- Analyze fulfillment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Train and level up new hires in real time
- Implement tech-driven solutions to eliminate repeat errors and improve processes
- Ensure flawless picking, packing, and shipping of highly customizable products
Requirements
- Ability to work the afternoon/evening shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)
- Strong organizational skills and foresight
- Ability to manage details while maintaining a big-picture perspective
- Experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or team leadership preferred
- Proficiency in using technology to drive operational efficiency
