Responsibilities

  • Lead a dynamic mix of full-time employees and temporary talent during the afternoon/evening shift
  • Manage fluctuating order volumes and labor allocation across a mixed workforce
  • Analyze fulfillment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Train and level up new hires in real time
  • Implement tech-driven solutions to eliminate repeat errors and improve processes
  • Ensure flawless picking, packing, and shipping of highly customizable products

Requirements

  • Ability to work the afternoon/evening shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)
  • Strong organizational skills and foresight
  • Ability to manage details while maintaining a big-picture perspective
  • Experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or team leadership preferred
  • Proficiency in using technology to drive operational efficiency
