Assistant or Associate Professor of Management

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 24 credit hours per academic year across various management courses
• Deliver instruction to both undergraduate and graduate students
• Utilize multiple modalities, including online and in-person sections
• Engage in faculty scholarly activities and service
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the School of Business and Leadership
• Support ACBSP accreditation standards

Requirements

• Ph.D. or DBA in Management (earned or in progress)
• Academically qualified to meet ACBSP accreditation standards
• Proven experience as an instructor in management
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional activity and scholarship
• Ability to effectively instruct, motivate, and evaluate students

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience
• Experience teaching undergraduate and graduate levels
• Experience with face-to-face and online teaching modalities
• Expertise in strategy, entrepreneurship, human resources, change management, or project management
